Strategically Placed Grab Bars

Textured stainless steel grab bars at entry, exit, and seating positions give you confident support at every step.

FAQ

Walk-In Tub Questions Answered

How does the door seal work — won't it leak?
Walk-in tub doors use a compression seal system similar to submarine hatches. As the tub fills, water pressure actually pushes the door tighter against the seal. Our doors are tested to hold thousands of pounds of water pressure with zero leakage.
How long do I have to wait for the tub to fill and drain?
Most walk-in tubs fill in 4–6 minutes with standard plumbing. Our quick-drain models empty in under 2 minutes using a powered pump system, so you won’t be sitting in cooling water. We can also install an inline water heater to keep you warm during the fill.
Will a walk-in tub fit in my existing bathroom?
Walk-in tubs are designed to fit standard 60-inch alcove openings — the same space as a regular bathtub. During your free assessment, we measure your exact space and recommend the right model. Corner and compact models are available for smaller bathrooms.
Are walk-in tubs only for seniors?
Not at all. While they’re popular with seniors and people with mobility challenges, walk-in tubs are also chosen by athletes recovering from injuries, people with chronic pain conditions, and anyone who wants a safer, more therapeutic bathing experience.
What's the difference between whirlpool and air jets?
Whirlpool jets push pressurized water through targeted nozzles for deep muscle massage — great for joint pain and stiffness. Air jets release thousands of tiny heated bubbles for a gentler, full-body massage. Many of our models offer both systems combined.
Does Medicare or insurance cover walk-in tubs?
Original Medicare typically doesn’t cover walk-in tubs directly, but some Medicare Advantage plans and VA benefits may offer partial coverage. We provide all documentation needed for insurance submissions and offer flexible financing options for every budget.
How long does installation take?
Most walk-in tub installations are completed in 1–2 days. This includes removing your old tub, all plumbing and electrical work, installing the walk-in tub and acrylic wall panels, and a full safety walkthrough before we leave.
